CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. However, to ensure efficient management of our schedule and to accommodate the needs of all our patients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Criteria for Late Cancellation: Any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time to avoid the late cancellation fee.

2. Late Cancellation Fee: Please be aware that a fee of $50 will be charged for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This fee is to cover the costs associated with the late cancellation and the lost opportunity for other patients who may have needed the appointment slot.

3. Rationale for the Fee: This fee compensates for the time our medical professionals have set aside for your appointment and covers administrative costs associated with the scheduling process.

Additionally, late cancellations result in lost opportunities for other patients who may have needed the appointment slot.
